New Business Enquiries/Quotes:
Our team will discuss your requirements (either over the phone, by email or in person) in order to build a full understanding of the risk, your specific needs and expectations. We will approach a number of suitable markets in order to obtain quotes that meet your needs and will provide you with the appropriate level of protection. We will then review those quotes and recommend the best policy to suit your needs.
Renewals:
This will be a proactive and collaborative process between yourselves, us and underwriters. Hanois will contact you well in advance of your renewal date in order to discuss the process, obtain quotes from existing insurers and where appropriate, review the market for alternative quotes.
Administration and Adjustments:
The team are available throughout the policies lifetime to assist, guide and support you, whether you are making amendments to the policy or have queries regarding the cover in place.
Transparency:
All commissions earned will be disclosed on request and when multi-occupancy residential premises are concerned, full disclosure will be adhered to in accordance with regulatory requirements. All fees are disclosed where applicable and will be discussed prior to cover being bound.
Honesty:
In the unlikely event that we are unable to assist, we will direct you to alternative specialist providers where possible. If your current cover is well placed with the existing provider or is very competitively priced and cannot be beaten by us, we will be the first to recommend that you remain with that provider.
